Finally added a few new areas to the website.

In training, we have an anmiation guide.  This is not meant to be a tutorial (as there are many already out there), but more of a guide of how we did it, what we learned and what we wished we would have known.

There also is a similar page for website construction.  Not a tutorial, but a guide in the process of designing and coding the website.  Many things to consider before ever writing the first line of code.
