The Kick-Off was Saturday.  A large number of Swartdogs showed up at the Cedar Falls Utility building to watch the kickoff in their conference room with a large screen TV.

Another group of Swartdogs were  in Kansas City to pick up our parts box.

That afternoon, everyone met at the “Dog-House” to discuss the game and start working on strategies.

A followup meeting was Sunday afternoon to further discuss the plans for the robot.  With any luck, we will have 2-3 good ideas before the end of the week and then start working on a rolling chassis.
