Programmers are discussing the philosophy of autonomous and programming possible components for autonomous. It would sure help if we had a finished robot, but we’ll get the different components that we can finished and add details later.
Our pyramid is up! We also have the three and two point goals build and up! Check out the pictures attached.
A VERY big thank you to Dakota for bringing those AMAZING cookies today. Soft and gooey with both regular and white chocolate chips. Yum. That might be what we have for lunch today since no plans have been made food wise. Plans will be made. But not yet.
Drive practice for students interested should contact Mr. Swartley.
When driving old robots around, we ran over a frisbee. On the inside, you can see the marks for the mecanum wheels. Ops! It doesn’t fly quite like the others now, so be careful teams! Run over frisbees don’t work quite right.
A new(new to us) vacuum cleaner was given to us today bu one of our students. Ours, well, they haven’t worked very well no matter how we try and fix them. Thank you Noah! Now to set students to work on cleaning! *Insert evil laugh here*
Frame and drive base is coming along quite nicely! If nothing else, at least we’ll be able to drive around the field.
We’re still looking in to putting up the scouting app on the app store. But if worse comes to worse and it doesn’t go up, don’t fret. If you’re headed to 10,000 Lakes or Duluth, we’ve got you all set! We’ll be posting our match scouting information online for the qualification rounds.
Good luck teams!
