Cedar Valley Alliance Presentation

We were asked by the Cedar Valley Commerce Alliance if we would do a presentation explaining what FIRST was and what is has done for us as students. The Cedar Valley Alliance is made up of different businesses around the Cedar Valley area. These businesses send representatives with updates on what they have been doing as well as to get information from other business in the area, and at his particular meeting, around 150 buisnesses were represented.

Before the meeting we were able to show our robot and answer question about how it worked. We then had two students and a couple mentors talk about FIRST and the impact it has on them. A  John Deere Inspire program representative also spoke on what the program does for FIRST teams in the area.

After the presentation the business representatives were able to ask us more questions about the robot as well as talk to us about what we want to do after high school.
